  2. Onsite written quote (no surprises, no hidden fees)
  3. Deep, thorough vacuuming (hospital grade HEPA filtration)
  4. Vacuum edges of carpet
  5. We carefully move some furniture
  6. Pre-treatment of spots (baby/pet safe)
  7. Pre-spray carpets
  8. Agitate pre-spay in (to loosen & emulsify soils)
  9. Deep extraction cleaning (removing oily dirt, allergens and other pollutants)
  10. Specialty stain removal
  11. Grooming of carpet to aid in drying
  12. Post inspection to ensure your delight
